I Face Inaccessible Customer Support and Failed Service Use on MSPY Membership
I purchased an MSPY membership on [purchase date not provided] by paying $[amount not specified] to monitor my child’s phone usage. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I was unable to use the application. The service did not work as promised, and I encountered constant technical issues.
Since then, I have tried countless times to reach MSPY’s customer support. I could not reach them through the phone number provided, and my emails have gone unanswered. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no assistance and no explanations.
This has caused significant emotional stress and frustration. I paid for a service that I could not use, and I feel ignored and neglected as a customer. I explicitly request the immediate cancellation of my MSPY membership and a full refund of the payment made.
