Mspy Lacks Customer Support, Unable to Reach Them for Assistance
Four months ago, I purchased a one-year subscription to Mspy for phone tracking software, believing their promise of 24/7 customer support. However, I quickly discovered that their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered, and there’s no response from their supposed support team. Despite paying a significant amount for a one-year membership, I ended up canceling it due to their lack of assistance. Further research revealed that there are no accessible email addresses, phone numbers, or any form of real customer support. I feel completely misled and frustrated by this experience. It’s unacceptable for a service that claims to offer constant support to be so unreachable.
