Cancel immediately;
• Tap Cancel Subscription
• Confirm it shows:
– “Will not renew”
– Expiry date
• Screenshot confirmation
Verify the charge;
• Check your bank/card statement
• Note amount and date
• Screenshot the transaction
Request a refund;
• App Store:
– Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
– Select Mindguru charge → Request a refund
– Choose: “I didn’t intend to subscribe”
• Google Play:
– Play Store → Order History
– Select charge → Report a problem → Request refund
• Direct purchase:
– Contact Mindguru Support
– Provide:
– Registered email
– Charge screenshot
– Trial details
If refund is denied, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
