Mindguru Charged $25 for Subscription Renewal Without My Permission

I apparently signed up for the Mindguru app on December 10, 2024, but since I did not actively use the application, I honestly do not remember this membership. On December 10, 2025, $25 was charged from my account for a subscription renewal without my permission or approval, and without any renewal warning or notification email.

I did not receive any email notification or in-app reminder about the subscription renewal. I am being directed to cancel the membership, but I cannot find any representative or support channel where I can explain the situation and get assistance. For this reason, I request that this subscription, which was renewed without my authorization, be canceled and that the $25 subscription fee charged from my account be refunded.
