Mindguru Life Customer Support Ignored My Requests About Unauthorized Charges
Shortly after downloading the Mindguru Life app to my iPhone, I deleted it and never used the service. Despite this, starting on May 27, 2024, automatic payments continued to be deducted every month from my Erste Bank card ending in 8200, without my clear consent, subscription renewal request, or authorization.
To date, a total of 20 charges amounting to €236.88 have been withdrawn from my card. Even though I deleted the app and canceled the subscription, these charges did not stop. During this time, I attempted to contact the company through in-app support, phone, and email, but I was unable to reach anyone or receive any response.
I demand a full refund of all amounts charged without my permission and request that all memberships, subscriptions, and automatic payment authorizations associated with my card through Mindguru Life be immediately and permanently canceled. Otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue legal action.
