If there is a problem with a product I have used for less than 10 days and owned for 14 days, it should be replaced one-to-one as it is a defective product. I also knew that the box could be damaged during shipping, and I had wrapped it in several layers of bubble wrap when I sent it to you. How did you send the product back to me? You taped the box without any protection, of course, it would get damaged this way. The box is still in the condition you sent it, I haven't opened it and I won't open it.
