Miele Triflex Hx2 Vacuum Faulty - Denied Exchange

On February 23, 2024, I purchased a Miele Triflex Hx2 White Vertical Vacuum from the Miele store at Diyarbakır Forum. After charging the battery, we tried to use the vacuum on February 24, 2024. However, our first experience turned out to be negative as the head unit intermittently stopped rotating and displayed errors. We immediately contacted the store where we purchased the product and requested an exchange. They refused, stating that it had been one day since the purchase, and that they don't accept returns/exchanges after 24 hours. However, we explained that we received the product on February 23, 2024, between 9:00-10:00 PM, and the 24-hour period had not elapsed yet. They tried to convince us that the vacuum did not detect the floor. The next day, we encountered the same problem again and sent them a video. They asked us to bring the vacuum to the store for testing, and we took it to the service center (Özde Soğutma). During this time, we also spoke with the store manager, who insisted that they were making considerable efforts and asked for more time to wait for the service center's response. On March 7, 2024, we contacted the store again. They claimed that there was a button on the head unit, and we hadn't pressed it, but they also admitted that they forgot to press the button in the store. We reiterated that the issue was not related to any button, as the vacuum worked without pressing any button initially but stopped intermittently and did not resume without restarting the machine. However, they ignored our concerns. We informed them that other family members also did not use any buttons and demanded a replacement for the defective product, but the outcome was negative. We refuse to accept a newly purchased product that has been sent for service. In conclusion, Miele made money, but we don't have a vacuum. We seek assistance regarding this matter.
