Honda HR-V Navigation Freezes After 5 Minutes and Three Dealers Still Haven't Fixed It

I purchased a brand-new Honda HR-V from Canbeyli dealership in Şanlıurfa on July 2, 2025. From the very day I got the car, the Android Auto and navigation feature has not been working properly. About five minutes after opening navigation, the system freezes and becomes completely unusable.
When I took the car to a Honda dealership in Ankara for my first 1,000 km service on July 5, 2025, I reported the issue and was told it would be fixed with an update. In September 2025, when I had my 10,000 km service done at Kardelen Honda in Diyarbakır, I brought up the same problem again — and once again I was told verbally that an update would take care of it. Despite all that time passing, the issue has never been resolved.
On April 28, 2025, I went back to the Diyarbakır Honda dealership, filed a formal record, and explained that the navigation freezes every time within minutes of being opened and that it was negatively affecting safe driving. A service representative connected his own phone to the car, ran a test, and witnessed the problem firsthand. They told me they would contact Honda Turkey and that the issue would be resolved with an update arriving within one to one and a half months. Then on May 5, 2025, they closed the file and once again simply said to wait for an update. To this day, no update has been applied and the problem remains exactly as it was.
The fact that a basic multimedia and navigation feature on a brand-new, under-warranty vehicle has been non-functional for this long — with the only response being "waiting for an update" — has caused me serious harm. I'm requesting that my navigation system be permanently fixed, that the relevant unit be fully replaced if necessary, and that if neither of those is possible, my vehicle be taken back.
