Livu App Charged My Credit Card Twice at 4 AM Without My Permission — No Response From Support
On April 26, 2026, at 4:05 AM, two unauthorized transactions totaling approximately $11 were charged to the credit card linked to my Livu account — approximately $6 and $5 respectively — without my permission or approval. I did not make any purchases for these amounts, and these transactions were never authorized by me.
When I noticed what had happened, I contacted both my bank and Livu representatives, but I have received no response and no solution has been offered to me as of yet.
I'm demanding that these unauthorized charges be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that the necessary security checks be carried out regarding my card information so that a situation like this never happens again.
