Miele Customer Service No Response, No Returns
I have tried calling the customer service number several times to inquire about the status of my return, but nobody ever picks up the phone. The product has a return policy that allows for a refund within 14 days, but that policy is almost up. In addition to this, their website does not even have a form for returning products. I haven't been able to get through to a customer service representative at all, with the exception of that one time when they abruptly ended our conversation. It is incredibly discouraging to be unable to get in touch with the customer service department. I absolutely require a solution to be found to this issue as quickly as humanly possible. Thank you.
