LivU App Charged My Debit Card Twice Through Google Play Without My Knowledge or Consent
On May 16, 2026, I noticed that two unauthorized charges of approximately $13 each — totaling approximately $26 — had been taken from my debit card through Google Play on the LivU app, without my knowledge or consent. I never initiated a subscription, purchased a package, or approved any payment, yet these charges were applied to my account.
When I contacted my bank and Google Play support about the matter, neither was able to provide clear information about these charges, and neither accepted responsibility for them. I consider these payments to be erroneous and unauthorized, as they were made without my consent in any form.
I'm demanding that the full amount of approximately $26 charged to my card through the LivU app be refunded to me as soon as possible.
