Livu App Balance Vanished Without a Single Call Made
On April 25, 2026, I loaded approximately $19 in credit onto the Livu app using my Garanti Bank card. The payment was charged to my card, but I was never able to make a single call through the app, and my balance dropped to zero shortly after.
I was never able to use the service I paid for, yet the balance I loaded disappeared entirely. I'm therefore requesting a full refund of the approximately $19 charged to my card.
