Miele Service Did Not Show Up On the Day of the Appointment

When our Miele dishwasher broke, we called on July 11, 2025, and made a service appointment for July 14, 2025. We waited at home all day on the 14th, but they didn't show up. We locked ourselves in; I didn't go to work. You can't treat so many customers this disrespectfully. They give appointments by the day, not by the hour, and they don't show up that day without any notice. They've wasted one of our days. The call center is unresponsive, and there's no legal authority to complain to. They're great when they sell appliances at twice the price, but the after-sales situation is obvious. I've made service appointments with dozens of different brands, but only Miele hasn't shown up on the promised day. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. Last month, they also made an appointment and didn't show up on that day.
