2025 Honda CL 250 Stalls at Idle Over 50 Times — Seven Service Visits and Still No Fix
Since the day I purchased my 2025 Honda CL 250, I've been dealing with a constant stalling problem at idle. The engine cuts out suddenly while idling, and I've experienced this more than 50 times to date. This is not only a serious safety concern but also something that should simply never happen on a brand-new motorcycle.
I brought the motorcycle to an authorized service center a total of seven times for this exact issue. On the first five visits, I was told there was no fault detected and that everything was normal. Despite explaining how serious and persistent the problem was, I was handed the bike back each time with the response that nothing was wrong. It was only after I recorded the issue on video and showed it to them that they finally acknowledged it and accepted that my complaint was legitimate.
I am in a genuinely difficult position — a brand-new motorcycle stalling this frequently and this soon after purchase, with no permanent fix found despite seven service visits. For this reason, I am requesting that my Honda CL 250 be replaced or, if possible, refunded. I do not want to keep dealing with the same problem over and over; I want a motorcycle I can ride with confidence and without issues.
