Miele Turkey Has Not Refunded My Round Tray Return Since December 2024

I ordered a round tray from miele.com.tr. It was shipped on December 27, 2024, but when I noticed that the tray was grooved, I immediately selected the return option via the Yurtiçi Kargo link. The product was returned to the sender on December 31, 2024. However, I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I call, I’m told, "We’ll process it soon; your product is in our warehouse, and your refund will be issued shortly," but it’s now January 24, 2025, and I still haven’t received my money. All my home appliances are Miele, but seeing that Miele Turkey fails to issue refunds for returned products makes me concerned about potential issues with my appliances in the future. Let me be clear—if this isn’t resolved, I will write about this on every social media platform. I demand my money back immediately. No one earns money for you to pocket it and hold onto it unfairly. I want every last penny of my money refunded!
