Bosch Climate CL2000U Factory Defect Repaired Instead Of Replaced

I purchased a Bosch Climate CL2000U air conditioner in Bursa and had it installed on 25 May 2026, for which I paid a total of ₺26,704.67. From the moment it was installed, I noticed that the device was not cooling properly. When the authorized service technician checked it during installation, he found that there was no gas in the outdoor unit. He said that sometimes devices could leave the factory without gas, filled the gas again and completed the installation. About a week later, I again realized that the air conditioner was not cooling. I contacted the service once more, and when they came, they found that there was again no gas in the outdoor unit and that there was a leak. The next day I was called and informed that a weld in one part at the factory had been forgotten and that the unit needed repair. I stated clearly that I did not want a repaired unit and that I wanted the outdoor unit to be replaced. The service staff also told me that I had such a right and that I could discuss it with the central office. I then spoke to the service and was told that they had initiated the procedures for replacement. However, 4–5 days later I was called and told that the replacement had not been approved and that they would instead carry out a repair. In this hot weather I cannot use the air conditioner at all, and a product that is faulty from the factory is not being supported as it should be. I request that my Bosch Climate CL2000U air conditioner, which is clearly defective from production and has lost my trust, be completely replaced with a new, fault-free device rather than being repaired, and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
