Livu Won't Let Users Delete Their Own Accounts
I use my Livu account through the web, and for about a year now I've been trying to close my account — but there is no account deletion or deactivation button anywhere in the system, so I have no way to close it on my own.
I have made payments through the app in the past, but I no longer want to use Livu and I don't want my account to remain open. I wanted to report this situation here before reaching out through any other support channel.
I'm requesting that my Livu user account, along with all of my personal data, be permanently closed and deleted from your system.
