Miele Did Not Deliver My Washing Machine on Time and Gave Me False Information

I purchased a Miele washing machine from Media Markt in Istanbul on October 24, 2024, with the understanding that it would be delivered within a week. When the machine was not delivered as promised, I began contacting the Miele customer representative at Media Markt, only to be repeatedly told that it would arrive "today" or "tomorrow." On November 7, I was informed that I would receive a call the following week, but today, November 14, after calling Miele customer service to file a complaint, I was told that the machine was unavailable and would only be delivered in the first week of December. There are four people in our household, and we are currently without a washing machine, causing significant hardship. The lack of accurate information and proper guidance from Miele's customer service is deeply frustrating, as they claim they cannot even check stock availability. This experience with Miele has been disappointing, and I urge anyone considering their products to think twice.

Today is November 19th, and so far, I have not received any response to the complaint I made to the Miele call center, nor has anyone contacted me as was stated would happen on the 15th of the month. Towards the end of the day on November 16th, I returned the Miele and bought a different brand of washing machine instead.
