Miele Failed to Deliver My Hob for Months After Purchase

In June, I purchased a hob along with other products from your Vadi Istanbul store. On July 27, after the renovation of my home was completed, I contacted your team for delivery and installation. While the other three products were delivered (despite separate issues with customer service during installation), I was informed that the hob I had purchased a month earlier was out of stock and would be available within 1–2 weeks. It is now September, and after calling every week, I still receive the exact same response: “It will be in stock within 1–2 weeks.” Yet, the product has never arrived. At the same time, this out-of-stock product continues to be advertised on your website under the label “shipped within 1 week.” Initially, I was told “we will check and get back to you,” but I have never received a call back. Even when I stayed on the line while the staff “checked with the order team,” the only answer I got was again the standard procedure reply: that the product is not available anywhere in Turkey and would arrive in 1–2 weeks. When I finally requested a refund, I was told that a manager would call me the same day. It has now been a week, and still no one has called. I have not received any real assistance. Whenever the case falls outside of standard procedure, the only replies I get are procedural ones. When I asked for a direct email address or contact person, I was simply given the generic info address. I chose Miele for quality, reliability, and long-term durability. Unfortunately, the experience I have faced so far has been completely the opposite.

As can be understood from my complaint, I have already called customer service more than 10 times, and the only answer I get is that the stocks will be updated in 1-2 weeks.
