I believe I'm being misled by Miele, and here's why: On July 13, 2024, I made a purchase from the Miele website, paying via bank transfer. However, my product has still not been shipped. I've called customer service numerous times, sent them the bank transfer receipt, and multiple records have been created for my case. Unfortunately, I haven't received a single response or any answers regarding these records.

I'm tired of being told they can only create a new record and can't do anything else every time I call. I want to understand what they're aiming to achieve with this approach. The lack of communication and action from Miele's side is causing me significant frustration and disappointment.

As a customer who has already paid for their product, I expect better service and timely delivery. The constant creation of new records without any follow-up or resolution is unacceptable. I'm left wondering about the status of my order and when, if ever, I'll receive the product I've paid for.

You called, but it's the same vicious cycle again, we can't get past "we will forward it to the accounting department." It seems we will end up in court over a trifling matter.

The way I sent the money to you is fast, and in case of a dispute in such transactions, the relevant amount is refunded in 1 second.
