Media Markt Failed to Deliver Promised Miele Washing Machine


I purchased a Miele washing machine from Media Markt on September 20, 2023. I was told that it would be delivered within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of purchase. After 4 weeks had passed, I lodged a complaint with Media Markt. In response to this, I was contacted by Miele on October 26, 2023, and they scheduled delivery for October 28, 2023, between 10:00-12:00. However, no one showed up on that day, and I received no notification whatsoever. When I called today, they informed me that there is a stock shortage and, as a result, they couldn't make the delivery, but they said it would be delivered when the stock is replenished sometime this week. What's even more troubling than the stock shortage is the complete lack of communication and the fact that I've had to actively seek information for over a month. I want to make it clear that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court for both companies. There is no excuse for any company to treat customers in such a manner, causing so much inconvenience and showing such a lack of concern.

For friends who are seriously considering buying a product from Miele, I want to point out that there is no assistance provided in any way, and if it weren't for Ms. Mine on the Media Markt side, they wouldn't have any solutions at all. I recommend you think twice before purchasing a product. Customer satisfaction and service are zero. No one from Miele even bothered to call. For your information...
