I began using the Miele washing machine purchased in June after installation in September, only to encounter severe vibration, excessive noise, and damage to my clothes. Despite the service acknowledging the malfunction, no resolution has been provided. Miele headquarters has not responded, and Adana Miele failed to support the product. Even with Diyarbakır Miele acknowledging technical defects, Miele headquarters refuses to take any corrective action. It's a total scam.
