Livu App Charged My iCloud Account but Never Credited the Coins
About a month ago, I purchased coins on the Livu app through an iCloud payment for approximately $7. Even though the payment went through successfully, the coins I purchased were never credited to my account in any way.
My order number for this transaction is 0747704516746885377782. Due to this error on the app or payment side, my money has been charged and I have received absolutely nothing in return.
To resolve this situation, I'm requesting that the coins I paid approximately $7 for be credited to my Livu account as soon as possible.
