On February 5, 2025, I placed an order from Madame Coco. While I understand that shipping and restocking take time during sales, the packaging should still be handled with care. Unfortunately, my order arrived with broken items, despite the “fragile” label on the package.
When I contacted the shipping company, they took no responsibility, and when I tried to reach Madame Coco’s customer service, I couldn’t find anyone willing to help. A well-known brand like this should take better care of its customers, especially when offering discounted products.
If you’re going to run promotions, at least ensure proper packaging and handling. Madame Coco, take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
