Madame Coco Sent Broken Items – Poor Packaging & No Support


Every time I order from Madame Coco’s online store, my items arrive broken. They are carelessly packed in empty boxes with no protective wrapping, making damage inevitable. To this day, not a single order has arrived in good condition!
To make things worse, they refuse to replace broken items, forcing me to go through the hassle of returns and refunds. Why should customers have to deal with this repeatedly? A brand this well-known should ensure proper packaging and customer satisfaction, yet they seem completely indifferent to these issues.
I demand a proper resolution—either improved packaging or a clear replacement policy for damaged items. Madame Coco, fix this immediately!

I am still not compensated for the broken cake dome and set of 4 laundry baskets I received on February 25th. A refund was issued, but they told me they would give me a coupon and that I could repurchase the items at the same price. No follow-up was made. I have never seen such a careless and bad company. Stand by your word and fulfill your promise!
About 40 days ago, I received a refund for the cake mold and laundry basket I purchased from the Madame Coco website that arrived broken. However, they had told me they would issue a coupon so I could purchase the same products. The process has taken too long, and I want to receive the same products in good condition. I want my grievance to be resolved.
The return of two broken products I purchased through Madame Coco was processed to address my complaint and resolve my issue. However, today the courier company that came for the return said there was a code for only one product and they didn't know which product it was for. I have two products to return, not one. Since I couldn't see in the system which product it was for, the courier had to leave without taking the products. Instead of resolving my issue, you continue to cause problems. All you need to do is take back my broken products and process the return; it’s not that difficult.
