Madame Coco Canceled My Order Without Notice and Now the Price Is 25% Higher

I placed an order on April 24th through Madame Coco’s official website, expecting a smooth shopping experience. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated and disappointed. As of today, I still haven’t received my package. After investigating the issue, I discovered that my order was canceled without any notification.

The worst part? I had purchased the item at a discounted price, but now the same product costs about 25% more. Madame Coco charged my card, held onto my money for nearly two weeks, canceled the order without telling me, and now expects me to repurchase the item at a higher price.

I’ve tried calling their customer service countless times. Every time, an automated system wastes my time, loops through pre-recorded messages, and then ends the call without ever connecting me to a real person.

This is not how a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction should operate. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Madame Coco needs to take responsibility, issue a full refund promptly, and offer a way for customers to reach real human support. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable. Do better.
