Madame Coco Sent Broken Items – Poor Packaging & No Support

I placed an order on Madame Coco’s online store on October 19, 2024, and received the items on October 23. Unfortunately, some items arrived broken. When I contacted customer service, they told me to go to the PTT to return the damaged products.
If I wanted to go out for these items, I would have bought them in-store. I’m attaching photos of the broken products below. Please arrange for a prompt replacement or process a refund without requiring me to handle the return physically. Thank you.
