Jack & Jones Coat Pilling and Cotton Leak Problem on the Arms

The armpit area of the Jack & Jones brand coat that I purchased from Boyner began to pill after I had worn it three to four times. This was especially noticeable in the armpit region. The item that I purchased has not been cleaned in any way. Boyner submitted it for evaluation to the relevant brand; however, the evaluation was unfavorable, so I requested that it be submitted once more. I would like this problem to be fixed, and I would also like a replacement or a refund. It is extremely disappointing that you purchased a product from such a brand, experienced issues with the product, and the issues were not resolved.
