Jack & Jones Suede Jacket Shedding Fluff After Two Weeks - Denied Exchange
On September 27, 2025, the suede jacket I bought from the Jack Jones store started shedding fluff after two weeks of use. When I went to the store in the late afternoon at the end of the third week, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should call the customer service to open a record, and that way they could send it for inspection. So, I called as soon as I was available and reported it, and I delivered it to the store on my only day off, the weekend of October 26, 2025. As a result of the inspection, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the product and that it was caused by user error, and the product was returned to me from the store on November 5, 2025. I am not someone who has only one jacket and wears it all the time. I take it off when I go to work in the morning and put it on again when I come home in the evening. If a jacket that I wear at most 7-8 times in two weeks has come to this state, I don't know what will happen in a year. I do not want this jacket; I want a product exchange. There cannot be such a user error.
They even left a letter for me inside the product bag without any hesitation. Saying it's not our fault, you should use it properly. Rest assured, I will warn everyone I know, my friends and family, not to shop from you.
