Jack & Jones Jacket Falls Apart Quickly, Warranty Not Honored
On January 1, 2026, I purchased a jacket from the Jack & Jones store located in Özdilek Mall in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ, paying approximately $102. Less than one month after purchasing the product, the back seam opened while I was wearing it. Although the jacket is under warranty, the store told me that they could only offer a repair and that they could not process an exchange or a return. When I contacted Jack & Jones customer service regarding this issue, I was told that the place where I purchased the product was “not an official store but a combined retailer,” and therefore they could not assist me. The fact that a jacket I bought as a guaranteed product became damaged in such a short time, and that both the store and customer service shifted responsibility to each other, has caused me serious inconvenience. I believe this jacket has a manufacturing or quality-related defect, and for a product that deteriorated so quickly, I am requesting a full product replacement instead of a repair. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved and that my jacket be replaced with a new one in accordance with my warranty rights.
