On December 10, 2023, I purchased a gift card for my boyfriend from the Jack&Jones shop at Istanbul Küçükyalı Hilltown Shopping Center. It was challenging because I think it was the first time for the salesman. The card indicated that the shopping was valid for four years. A month later, just a few days ago, we visited the Jack&Jones shop to use the gift card. My boyfriend picked out a pair of jeans, but at the cashier, the salesman informed us that they had changed the system, rendering the card invalid. He suggested trying our luck at other Jack&Jones shops. The next day, I visited another shopping center (Optimum AVM) of Jack&Jones, only to receive the same response. The salesgirl took my phone number, assuring me they would address the issue. Unfortunately, I'm still awaiting a response. I am deeply sorry and upset about this situation. I felt embarrassed in front of my boyfriend, and I kindly request Jack & Jones to rectify this matter.
