Disappointed with Jack & Jones: Shoddy Quality, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund!



I bought two Jack & Jones brand t-shirts from the bestseller company online. After the first wash at 30 degrees, the black one shrunk and now it's pulling. To top it off, the print is starting to peel. Surprisingly, the beige shirt from the same order has no issues. When I tried to return it to the store for testing, they refused, claiming there's an order not to conduct tests. So, we opted for an online return (since there's no other option). The company should have seen that the product has severe defects. But what did they do? They sent the t-shirt back. It's clear the company is aware they're selling subpar goods. What's going to happen to our frustration? No idea.
