Jack & Jones Online Order Cancellation Complaint

On 18.11.2025, I purchased a men’s logo-detailed jacket from the official Jack & Jones website with order number OL9700030657. While the payment was still in authorization, I called customer service to cancel the order. They told me that the order had not been finalized, that they received my cancellation request, and that they would get back to me the same day. However, no one contacted me. When I called again, they said the invoice had already been created, so the order could not be canceled, and they opened another support ticket. Despite all this, the $102 authorization was fully charged, and the product was never shipped.
Over the course of two days, I called customer service five times and repeatedly received incorrect information. I had to struggle through multiple calls for what should have been a simple cancellation. In the end, even though $102 was taken from my account, the product was never delivered and no refund was issued.
Since my order was never shipped, I expect the $102 payment to be refunded to me as soon as possible.
