Jack & Jones Black Denim Pants - Premature Tear After 3.5 Months

Being a restaurant worker, I chose Jack & Jones black denim pants for their durability. But after only 3.5 months, the seam ripped. I'm shocked that a brand I rely on for quality would decline so rapidly. I was hoping for better quality considering the cost of the product. I really hope we can work this out. I need a new pair of pants because the mistake was not on my end.
