Jack & Jones Pants Developed Pilling, Warranty Claim Rejected

I purchased Jack & Jones pants, but the fabric on the inner sides became pilled and clumpy after a short time. When I submitted them for a warranty review, they claimed there was no defect in the product. However, even by touch, the fabric feels rough and uneven, clearly indicating poor quality.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this response and will never purchase or recommend Jack & Jones again. The brand’s lack of accountability is unacceptable. I plan to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to seek a resolution. I expected better quality and service from a supposedly premium brand, but this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
