Unprofessional Behavior by Store Manager at Jack & Jones Hilltown

I have been a loyal Jack & Jones customer for years, frequently shopping at various stores on the Anatolian side, including Boyner locations. However, during my visit to the Hilltown Jack & Jones store at the end of October, I had a highly unpleasant experience.

The behavior of a woman I learned to be the store manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. Her overly familiar actions and demeanor made both my spouse and me extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we left without purchasing anything.

Such rude and unprofessional staff do not align with the quality image of the Jack & Jones brand. I will not be visiting this store again and urge the company to address this issue promptly.
