When I asked for a refund, I was met with complaints and excuses from a lady who claimed they couldn't accept returns due to the hygiene of the product. While they may have a valid point, luring customers with such cheap tricks is unethical. I also admit that I erroneously assumed Jack & Jones was a reputable and honest company for a quick shopping experience. Congratulations on selling two pairs of underwear for 400 TL, but I believe you lost a lot of customers, including myself. I condemn companies like yours for such practices, especially given the product's low quality, which is comparable to that sold in discount stores. After only a few uses, it appears to be worn. I will never buy anything from you again.
