Brand New Skechers Inner Soles Torn After Normal Use

I purchased a pair of Skechers sports shoes from the Jack & Jones store in March. I used the shoes regularly under normal conditions. After about 7–8 months, the inner soles of both shoes developed significant tearing and holes. For a product from Skechers, such deterioration in such a short time does not match the quality I expected.

I tried contacting the store by phone to report the issue and request support, but despite multiple attempts I could not reach anyone, so I was unable to submit the problem officially. As someone who paid $78 for these shoes, I am disappointed both by the way the product has worn out and by the lack of communication.
