On November 30, 2025, I purchased a limited-edition LG Lollipop phone on eBay and paid a total of $61. The product arrived at Turkish customs on December 16, but it was later returned from Turkey to China without any explanation.
There has been no information provided through the tracking system or customs regarding why the item was sent back. I was told that the seller was also unaware of the return. However, I consider this to be an issue related to the seller and the handling of the shipping process. Since this was a limited-edition item, and considering the money I paid and the time that has passed, I am experiencing significant frustration and loss.
I am requesting that my item be resent to Turkey as soon as possible and delivered to me. I also expect a clear explanation regarding what went wrong during this process and that my hardship be addressed.
