Alibaba Phone Order Held at Customs – Unable to Receive or Get a Refund

I ordered a cell phone from Alibaba, but it wasn’t delivered to my address. Instead, it was seized at Sabiha Gökçen Airport customs in Turkey, and I’m unable to retrieve it. I requested a refund, but Alibaba has refused, and I haven’t been able to reach a Turkish customer representative for further assistance.

Could Alibaba please provide a solution for either retrieving my item or processing a refund? This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I need guidance on how to proceed.
