I ordered a Bluetooth microphone on Alibaba worth $36, with a $7 shipping fee. Upon arrival in Turkey, customs informed me that I would need to pay an exorbitant tax of ₺8,000-₺10,000, far exceeding the product's value.
When I attempted to return the product, the seller refused to accept it, leaving me in a frustrating and unfair situation. I reached out to Alibaba for assistance, but they failed to provide any resolution.
