Alibaba Didn’t Deliver My Order and Refused to Refund

I placed an order through Alibaba and paid ₺2680, but the product never arrived. When I reached out to request a refund, I was met with dismissive responses like “we already informed you”, instead of genuine support or accountability.

Despite messaging the seller multiple times, no one took responsibility, and I was left completely in the dark. They used vague excuses about taxes and customs to justify why the product didn’t reach me, yet still refused to provide any refund or resolution.

My money is gone, and the lack of customer service is appalling. A platform as large as Alibaba should take customer satisfaction seriously, but clearly, they don’t. I demand a full refund of my ₺2680, and I urge Alibaba to step in, hold sellers accountable, and protect buyers from this kind of mistreatment.

I will not use the platform again unless my issue is resolved, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering through Alibaba—especially with sellers who avoid responsibility.
