I purchased a low furniture adapter for my Dyson V12 vacuum from the Dyson store in İstinyePark. About one month after purchase, the adapter broke during normal use. When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was told that the part could not be replaced under warranty and that I would need to buy a new one. I purchased another adapter, but a few months later it broke in exactly the same way — even though I only attached it when necessary and did not keep it on the vacuum at all times.

After researching online, I discovered that many other customers have experienced the same issue with this accessory. In both cases, Dyson customer service insisted that the low furniture adapter is not covered by warranty, regardless of proper usage.

The fact that the same fault occurred twice under normal, recommended use raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and durability. I request that Dyson replace my broken low furniture adapter free of charge and address the recurring defect so other customers do not face the same inconvenience.
