Dyson V12 Vacuum Attachment Broke Within 2 Weeks and Customer Service Refused Replacement

I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner about two weeks ago from the Media Markt store in Balçova, Izmir, and it is still under warranty. While using the device, one of the attachments broke.
I immediately contacted Dyson customer service via video call to report the issue. The representative could clearly see that the attachment was broken, yet insisted that since it still functioned, it could not be replaced. What shocked me even more was the dismissive and sarcastic attitude shown during the conversation. Despite me explaining that I had complaints about two different attachments, the agent showed no willingness to investigate further and did not even request that I send the broken part in for examination.
This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is in stark contrast to the customer satisfaction Dyson promotes in its advertisements.
Since the attachment broke during normal use and my product is still under warranty, I firmly request that the broken part be replaced free of charge.
