I’ve been using the Dyson V12 cordless vacuum, and while the product worked fine at first, the low-reach furniture tool broke during regular use. I contacted Dyson on June 1st to report the issue. They took my address and assured me that a replacement would be sent under warranty.
I waited patiently, but when nothing arrived, I followed up. That’s when I was told the part is out of stock and would be shipped when available. It has now been over a month, and I’m still waiting with no clear update or timeframe.
Here’s the frustrating part: when I check their online store, the same part is available for purchase. So it’s in stock for buyers, but not for customers who need it under warranty? That feels dishonest. I trusted the Dyson brand and paid a premium—₺—for quality and service. Instead, I’ve been left without support and wondering if they’re trying to push me into buying a new product instead of honoring their warranty.
Dyson, this is unacceptable. You need to stop stalling and send the part immediately. I won’t consider buying another Dyson product until you prove you stand behind the ones you’ve already sold.
