I purchased a furniture adapter for my Dyson V12 Detect Slim vacuum from the Dyson store at Mall of Antalya. Despite using it under normal conditions and without applying excessive force, the adapter broke at the folding joint, making it unusable. The first time this happened, Dyson replaced it under warranty. However, within just a few months, the replacement adapter broke in exactly the same spot.

When I contacted Dyson again, I was told that this part can only be replaced once under warranty. My vacuum’s warranty is still valid, and both adapters broke in the same way during standard use, which strongly suggests a product quality issue rather than misuse.

My serial number is 8CX-EU-TDJ6477A. Since my warranty is still active, I request a free replacement adapter and a permanent resolution to this recurring problem. Dyson should address the durability flaw in this part so customers are not repeatedly faced with the same failure.
