Dyson V15 Under-Furniture Adapter Design Flaw

I purchased the Dyson V15 model from Dyson Turkey a year ago for ₺14,000, and it came with an under-furniture adapter. However, after only 3-4 uses, the adapter fails to remain stable. Upon reaching out to Dyson, their solution is surprising – buy a new one without bothering to examine the issue.

What's more, my sister faced the same problem with her Dyson product, and they promised a warranty replacement. However, the catch is that the replacement is pending due to stock issues. It raises concerns about the reliability and durability of Dyson's products.

The under-furniture adapter, a seemingly essential part, exhibits a chronic problem. There's no visible break or damage; it simply fails to perform its function. Interestingly, Dyson seems to be aware of this, as they've removed this part from the V15 model.

My complaint against Dyson goes beyond a faulty part. It's about a company that not only fails to stand behind its products but also suggests a ₺1,500 out-of-warranty purchase without bothering to examine the problem. Is it a flaw in design, or a strategy to sell unnecessary replacements? Dyson users deserve answers.
