Dyson V12 Absolute Vacuum Attachment Warranty Denied for Common Problem


I have a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute, and despite careful use, the furniture adapter has locked and won’t open. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that this part is not covered under warranty. How can a product not be covered under warranty, or why is a non-warrantied part included with a high-cost vacuum like this? This is extremely frustrating, especially after investing a significant amount of money in this vacuum. I expect Dyson to reach out to me and resolve this issue by replacing the faulty furniture adapter as soon as possible. This situation is unacceptable, and I urge Dyson to take responsibility and provide a proper solution.
