About two months ago, my Dyson V8 vacuum stopped working. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and they first told me that the filter needed to be replaced and that it would be shipped to my address. However, they later informed me that unless I sent the vacuum to the service center, they would not send the filter. Even though my product is still under warranty, I don’t want to ship the entire vacuum just for a simple filter replacement. On top of that, the information I received from customer service has been inconsistent, and no clear solution has been provided throughout this process.
My request is simply to have the filter shipped to my address. I expect a quick and consistent resolution to this issue.
