Dyson V12 Vacuum Faulty Despite Warranty – ''Airways Blocked'' Error

I purchased my Dyson V12 wireless vacuum directly from Dyson’s site, expecting quality and reliable service. Unfortunately, after the vacuum malfunctioned, I contacted support and sent it in for repairs. It’s been 1.5 months, and I’m still without a working vacuum. Despite the product being under warranty, no part replacements or repairs were done; instead, they suggested I buy a new filter at my own cost. Will buying a filter fix the issue? That’s unclear.

When I requested a replacement, Dyson claimed “I must have overwashed the filter,” blaming me without any evidence. Nowhere on the service report does it say “user error,” yet they refuse to honor the warranty, shifting blame instead. Had I known Dyson’s service was this careless, I would have chosen another brand. We trusted Dyson by buying through the official Turkish site, believing it would ensure service support, unlike cheaper international options. Dyson, however, seems intent on dodging responsibility by falsely labeling issues as user error. Dyson’s service has failed us entirely, and I’ll be sharing the details and service report of my unresolved issue.
